Aluminum-copper cable ferrules
are used for connection of aluminum
and copper conductor. The aluminum
and copper connection is obtained
using of friction method, and
it causes the elimination of
disadvantageous effects on the
aluminum with copper contact.
In order to make the durable
assembling of ferrule, in case
of sector cores – the core shall
be shaped first and next to press
using for instance the manual
press with the hexagonal stones.
ZAM cable ferrules are made
of aluminum bars in the recrystallizing
condition of A0E and A1E grade
(PN 92/H-93667.01) and copper
bars in the recrystallizing condition
of M1E grade (PN 82/H-93620.0).
The aluminum part of DZAM ferrule
is protected inside by contact
paste.
