RC3S: wide application in the execution of electrical insulation, connection of bundle wires
and in the marking in purpose of corrosion protection and to provide the mechanical protection.
Shrink ratio: 3:1 is more suitable for the application to irregular, awkward shapes.
RC4S: wide application in military industry, aviation industry, electronics. Used also to insulation
and repairing harness, cables and connectors. Tubing is manufactured with specially developed
formulation and technology. It is easy to fit it on large diameter connector or transition and next
to shrink down onto a smaller diameter jacket.
An outstanding physical, chemical and electrical properties.
Self extinguishing (except clear).
Operating temperature: from -55°C up to +135°C. Minimum shrink temperature: 70°C.
Standard colour: black.
Nonstandard colors: RC3S: red, blue, yellow, green, RC4S: red, blue,
yellow, white.
RC3K, RC4K
Tubes are recommended for the protection of auto wires, bundle wires and metal tubes against
water and moisture. Designed to provide both insulation and sealing.
Production by dual extrusion of polyolefin and hot melt adhesive.
Operating temperature: from -45°C up to +125°C.
Minimum shrink temperature: 80 °C.
Standard colour: black.
Nonstandard colors: red, blue, yellow.
Self extinguishing (except clear).
RLT
Suitable for applications where heat sensitive components e.g. PVC jacketed wire and cable
and quick shrinking is required. The flammability of tubing meets the MVSS 302 standard about automotive flame propagation (self extinguishing tubing). The specially designed halogen
free formulation makes the tubing very flexible and shrinking at lower temperature. Although
very flexible, the tubing has good mechanical and electrical performance.
Tubing is made of modified radiation cross-linked polyolefin.
Shrink ratio 2:1.
Operating temperature: from -45°C up to +125°C.
Minimum shrink temperature: +65°C.
Standard colour: black.
RUC
Especially recommended everywhere rapid shrinking and space saving is important.
The low shrink temperature reduces additionally the time of installation and the damage's risk
of temperature-sensitive components.
Self extinguishing polyolefin tubing. Environment friendly.
Ultra thin wall and flexible.
Shrink ratio 2:1.
